About the Book

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First and foremost, I acknowledge the Holy Spirit, the Helper and Teacher of the believer for the knowledge and understanding He keeps birthing in my mind and Spirit and for helping me penned this skill in a book. This I believe will outlive me. Generations yet to be born shall benefit from this book decades after I am spending Quality time with my maker.

Again, I want to acknowledge my treasury parents in the lord. They are Prophet Alfred Joe Graham and Prophetess Stephanie Graham, who I named my beautiful daughter after. Daddy and Mummy, the impact of your contributions in my Life, Family and Ministry is undoubtedly transparent. God bless you both immensely for being great and proud spiritual parents for us (my family and I).

Finally, I want to acknowledge my beautiful wife and daughter for their understanding and support given to me in the process of writing this book. Often I have to leave them both behind to the mission field only for them to call me and hear me say, Babe please, I am still working and writing. They do understand and support me wholeheartedly and this is a great deal of sacrifice they do sacrifice for me. You both are my treasure and gift from God. Daddy loves you both plenty.

DEDICATION

The most important reason which kept burning in my spirit and left me restless to achieve this skill in this book is my 140 online WhatsApp students. Whose presence challenged me not only to teach this knowledge I have but also to convert it into an ebook for them to still have it in an organized form.

I convincingly prefer to call them "great minds" because they indirectly contributed massively to this project. I pray that as you acquire this free knowledge I paid for, may this knowledge you gain as you use it put bread on the table of anyone you must feed to the glory of our lord Jesus Christ. I dedicate this book to you all.

Finally, I dedicate this book to anyone who has a need for money to provide for their families and yet is very exuberant and hard working but no sign of hope for a job to make money.

INTRODUCTION

The construction of Bio Digester has taken to its heels in the African fraternity and more specifically mother Ghana. There were a lot of miscommunication and misconceptions about it when it first came up. But as knowledge about it spread through the shores of the Country, it has taken the place of the Nation's number one sewage maintenance facility traditionally known as the manhole or the septic tank.

Simply put, it is a biodegradable toilet facility that decomposes or breaks down the human excreta into manure through an anaerobic digestion process thereby producing gas. This modern toilet facility has been a great leverage for those who can do it because of the sewage problems confronting the Continent.

What right do I have to write this book?

I was once broke. I mean very broke. Upon my search to mitigate and pacify this financial aggrandizement in my life, I discovered that money struggles its way to where value or solutions to problems are or people with value or solutions.

I therefore resolved to become a person of value. A person with solutions. An irresistible person of value. This resolution compelled me to invest in knowledge. I heard and subscribed to my Mentor's course on Bio Digester Construction Class in 2018.

I paid a tuition fee of approximately $100 which is Ghc1200 and above to be trained. Short story short, the money I have earned from this skill outweighs the tuition fee I paid. I have been able to train not less than 25 individuals both males and females and still counting.

If you have solutions to people's problems, they will pay you for it. They will beg you to collect their money because you have become a person of solution or value.

One reason why Biodigester experts will continue to make more money in this is, the population of the Nation's keep escalating every single day as children are being born. This is a sector or eura you can take a leverage on by becoming an expert in solving this problem and people will pay you as you solve those problems.

If you provide a Local solution, you will earn local money.

If you provide Regional services or solutions, you will earn Regional income.

If you provide National services or solutions, you will earn National money.

If the same solution is taken Internationally, you will receive International rewards.

However, if you do nothing with this skill you will acquire in this book, you will earn nothing.

Let me make this assertion. Knowledge in itself is 15% power but acting on the knowledge acquired is 75% power because that is where the results you seek to attain is. So let me encourage you to practically act on the knowledge you will get from this book.

This said… let's unravel the gem of knowledge in this book.

CHAPTER ONE

WHAT IS BIO DIGESTER?

Bio digester toilets are biodegradable systems that turn solid waste into organic manure for safe disposal into the environment.

These toilet waste digesters address the liquid and solid waste water treatment issues at residential and public facilities. This is in sharp contrast to septic tanks and manholes that require periodic emptying.

Before explaining further, it’s worth noting that the kind of bio digesters this book talks about are NOT those that produce gas that has come up lately.

Septic system is a large holding tank designed to store human waste materials which must be periodically removed by pumping.

We have answered the most frequently asked questions by our prospective customers in chapter three. Chapter two talks about a brief history of Bio Digesters in Ghana.

CHAPTER TWO

HISTORY OF BIO DIGESTER TOILET IN GHANA

The history of bio digesters in Ghana is not clear but they became prominent after the 2014 severe cholera outbreak in some parts of Accra.

The Government and the World Bank then decided that considering the sanitation situation especially in low income households here in Accra, bio digester toilets were our best bet.

The Government through the GAMA Project has since been implementing this policy through the installation of low cost bio digester toilets.

In fact using bio digesters as an integrated toilet waste water management system is nothing new.

In some parts of New Zealand, Samoa Islands and Papua New Guinea these eco-friendly bio digesters are used effectively to solve toilet waste water treatment issues.

This technology has proven to be a better option than that of the traditional foul smelling septic tanks popularly known as the manholes in Ghana.

CHAPTER THREE

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT BIO DIGESTERS

1. Bio digesters eliminate toilet waste water odors by overpowering the natural occurring bacteria mostly found in septic tanks and manholes.

For example in biofil digesters, the waste water from the flush unit (water closets) is organically filtered through a porous slab, allowing it to penetrate a small rock-filled soak hole from which it leaches into the soil.

In places where there are gutters, the black water is organically filtered out of the bottom of the digester and drained into them.

Biodegradable toilet waste digesters have established themselves as the modern day answer to KVIPS, pit latrine and septic tanks as toilet treatment systems in Ghana.

2. Where does the waste water from a bio digester go?

There are a lot of misconceptions around bio digesters as an effective toilet waste water management system.

One of the most asked questions is where the flushed water from a water closet goes.

Usually people are not sure how such a small box can contain all this water and serve a whole household without getting full.

But because bio digester toilets are used as part of the process of treating biodegradable toilet waste water and sewage sludge, the process often referred to as anaerobic digestion is adopted.

Natural composting organic manure is introduced to treat all organic biodegradable materials through the natural process of anaerobic decomposition.

Flushed water and solid waste enter at the top of the bio digester where immediate separation of solids and liquid contents of the waste occurs.

All liquids will then be organically filtered out of the bottom of the digester and drained into the soil where further and final decomposition occurs.

Other solids (toilet rolls & all degradable cleaning materials) are decomposed and converted into rich & safe soil for easy disposal.

Now the final effluent (waste water) produced is a clear odorless liquid suitable for discharge either into a waste watercourse, through a customized soak hole trenches or a drain filled system.

3. Waste Water Soak Hole Construction

We fill the bottom of the soak hole with a layer of rocks. With each rock about 3” in diameter.

The layer of large rocks we determine how many inches high they should be based on how the depth of the soak hole is.

A typical construction of a soak hole must ensure that the bottom of the soak hole is 2’6” below the bottom of the leachate pipe hole.

The depth of the soak hole from the surface of the ground will depend on the water table for the toilet site.

Regardless of how deep the digester bed hole is, we maintain the bottom of the soak hole at the above given specifications.

4. What Becomes Of The Solid Waste In A Bio Digester?

Because the bio digester is a simple compact onsite organic waste treatment system it essentially uses a biological filter consisting of a fiber, medium of black soil and in some cases porous concrete. The bacteria and other organisms generated through this technology then bio degrades solid waste.

So for the layperson the immediate question that comes into mind is “what becomes of the human remains in a bio digester and how does it look like'?

When the digesters get the maximum per day uses, it will take at least 5 years and as much as 15 years in some cases for the toilet waste box to get filled up and ready for dislodging which involves scooping out the human remains (manure) with a shovel for easy disposal.

The solids waste and human waste remains are harvested as pure compost which can be used for agricultural purposes after years of usage. The harvesting time depends on the number of users in a given facility and type of soil on which the bio digester was installed.

This is totally new to what we have been accustomed to over the years whereby a tanker shows up to collect solid waste which often finds its way into the sea.In highly developed countries, the process is used for industrial or domestic purposes to manage waste and reduce the emission of landfill gas into the atmosphere.

CHAPTER FOUR

ADVANTAGES OF BIO DIGESTERS

Even though bio digester toilets cost has come up lately for public discussions, there’s no doubt they have become the choice for most home owners in Ghana today.

While there is no concrete research available that shows the exact percentage currently adopting these waste water treatment methods, there is no doubt that they are effectively helping to improve the sanitation situation in most homes.

1. Cost less to install

They are cheaper to install (as compared to digging a manhole or buying culverts for septic sewage tanks). Even the idea of digging all those feet and doing all those concrete works makes bio digesters your best bet any day.

2. Eco friendly technology

Bio digesters are the most environmentally safe and highly improved means of treating toilet waste water in Ghana today.

The use of locally sourced materials means that they are safe for the environment

They are easy to maintain and do not come at any additional cost to the homeowner.

3. No more dislodging

There have been some misconceptions about this saying.

But what we are simply saying is that with DreamHouse bio digesters, you don’t need a typical truck to show up saying they are there to empty your tank.

Because digesters use an aerobic digestion process, solid waste after a cycle (which usually lasts between 5 to 8 years) changes into sand (manure) which can easily be disposed of in your backyard.

As a result, no septic sludge is stored and as a result the bio digester product has a unique ‘odour free’ operation guarantee.

4. Ground water not affected

Water is directed into top soils where microbial activities are most active.

Nutrients are removed by soil bacteria decomposition.

Digesters are designed above ground and typically have no more than a week of decomposed contents in them.

5. Internationally approved

Not only do bio digester toilets in Ghana have governmental approval (you can check from the nearest District Assembly), they have also received worldwide acceptance by the World Bank.

In fact over the last 5 years the Government of Ghana has received over $150 million in grant from the World Bank as part of a project complementing efforts to provide low-income households with increased access to improved sanitation and water supply.

Simply put our bio digesters are safe for everyone; private homes, offices and public needs.

6. Customer guarantee and support service

Because bio digesters are new to Ghana, some of our clients are not sure about their effectiveness in terms of its waste water management prowess.

Others are also not sure of how long they will last after installation.

CHAPTER FIVE

MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTING

The materials for constructing any size of Bio Digester can go far beyond the ones I will share with you right now according to the specifications and what you are constructing.

However, these materials are the very basic materials you need to be able to proudly and professionally construct any size of Bio Digester at all.

I will share them with you in a bulletin presentation. Now, these are the primary materials.

●Cement

●Blocks or slabs

●Sand

●Gravels or Query Stones

●4 inches Pipe, 4 Bend, 4" inspection cup, and 4"vent cup

● Treated Coconut fibre

●Wire mesh or Black sieve mosquito net

●A bit of Charcoal

● Bio Enzymes

●5ft square of thick polythene

These are the primary materials you have to construct a professional Bio Digester.

CHAPTER SIX

STEP BY STEP OF HOW TO CONSTRUCT THE BIO DIGESTER CHAMBER

Constructing a professional bio-digester requires a level of expertise and knowledge on building and installing the system.

Here's a general guide on how to construct a high-quality bio-digester:

Site selection

Choose an appropriate site for the bio-digester installation. Consider a place with easy access and enough space for the system. The site should have proper drainage to avoid flooding.

Design

The design of the biodigester will depend on the type of bio-digester and the number of people who will be using it. So you will have to ask your customers the number of people who will use it.

Materials

The materials needed will depend on the size of the Biodigester you are constructing. But commonly used materials include cement, sand, blocks, gravels, treated coconut fibre, charcoal, porous black sieve, wire mesh, vent cups, inspection cups, bend and PVC pipes. It's essential to use high-quality materials to ensure longevity of the system.

Construction

Once you know the size and have the materials, it's time to construct the bio-digester.

These steps to the construction of the Bio Digester is not one way. You can deduce your own style and steps to the construction of any size of Bio Digester as you keep doing it and becoming more experienced in it.

Below are a few steps that can help you to professionally construct any size of Bio Digester.

● Measure the size of the chamber on the site.

Make sure to add 1ft to the width and length of the size as you take the measurement for digging.

●Dig to about 1 to 3 ft deep depending on the ground table you are working on.

●Lay the blocks or slabs.

Insert both the inlet pipe where the water closet outlet pipe is to join in the chamber and the outlet pipe that will drain the waste water away from the chamber into the soak and plaster the inside. That is to say, dress the inside of the chamber.

● Take your gradient or the slope level of the chamber.

Make sure your gradient is steep such that when water is poured in the chamber, the water will drain away fast.

●Construct the slap which will be used to cover the chamber.

Use the same size as that of the chamber. On top of the slap, insert the inspection cup and alternatively the vent pipe too.

●Make sure to place the vent cup directly on top of where the inlet pipe direction is in the chamber.

This will help you when you go to inspect the chamber and how the Bio enzymes are feeding on the excreta.

NB: You must leave both the chamber and the slap to dry well. (Two to three days is advisable)

● Dig a soak-hole or the soakaway.

The common depth size is 6ft to 8ft depending on the water table of the site you are working on. You can lay blocks in it. However, it depends on the client's specifications and the amount you charge them.

● Pull or join your outlet pipe into the digged soakaway hole or pit.

● Fill the soak away with stones or broken blocks to the brim over where the soakaway pipe level is.

●Now, use black and thick polythene to cover both the outlet pipe and the stones or the broken blocks in the soak away.

●Finally, cover it with sand.

CHAPTER SEVEN

STEP BY STEP TO INSTALL THE BIODIGESTER BED

Step 1, First and foremost, pour water into the chamber to check out the quality and the steepness of the gradient.

(The gradient is the steep level of the chamber.)

This is very crucial because it's the second most important aspect that determines the quality and the longevity of the Bio Digester. Most Biodigester experts don't check this.

Step 2, From end to end by length, lay the black porous sieve (black mosquito net) in the chamber.

Make sure that one side is out because you will cover the gravel and the charcoal back with it.

Step 3, Pour gravels unto the black porous sieve in the chamber to cover up the outlet pipe.

Step 4, Put a little charcoal on the gravel, especially under the inlet pipe.

This helps to absorb the bad scent in the chamber.

Step 5, Cover the gravels with the charcoal back with the rest of the black porous sieve you left up.

Make sure to cover everything nicely.

Step 6, Add the treated coconut fibre on top of the gravel, charcoal and the sieve layer in the chamber.

Spread it all through the chamber very neatly. Make sure you don't see any part of the gravel.

Step 7, Now, introduce the Bio enzyme on top of the treated coconut fibre.

NOTE

Sprinkle the Bio enzyme to every part of the treated coconut fibre. More importantly, beneath or under the inlet pipe since that will carry most of the human excreta.

Step 8, Last but not the least, cover up the chamber with the slab and dress it very well and neat.

Finally, Commissioning and testing. After installation, commission and test the bio-digester to ensure it's functioning correctly.

CHAPTER EIGHT

MAKING MONEY WITH THIS SKILL WITHOUT TOUCHING ANY MORTAR

A wise man once said, you need money actually, rather you need the things that money can do for you.

Do you agree with this assertion?

Well, this is a rhetorical question. Let's continue.

You don't really need it but what money can do for you is what you need. This is to the end that you give out the money you have for every and anything at all that you need.

Are you learning? Good.

Money is simply a means to an end or a need.

If you need a phone, you give out your money to get the phone.

If you need food, you give out your money for the food.

If you need a dress, you give out your money to get the dress.

If you need water on a sunny day, you give out your money to that pure water seller to get the water.

Everything you need, is your want and the means to get that very thing is what is called money.

Now, you agree with me that you don't truly need the money but the things that you can afford with money are what you need.

Meaning you give out money for something of value you need that someone has in their possession.

Money is idea

This value or solution could be a knowledge of a problem you have but don't have any solution to it. It could be an idea of a solution to your problem. It could be a skill to solve a problem you have. It could be a talent they have refined to solve your problem. All these means they use to solve your problems that you pay them for is technically called their human capital.

And this capital, everyone has it or can have it. Yours could be to learn a skill or refine your discovered divine gift.

So to make money with this skill without touching any concrete mortar is very very simple

Consider the below principles

1, Master this skill very well.

2, When you get the contract.

3, Contact a Mason to construct the chamber for you.

4, Tell the Mason what you want and how you want it.

5, Let the Mason do all the menial work in constructing the chamber.

6, Install the Bedding of the Bio Digester and let the Mason cover and dress the Bio Digester for you.

It is as simple as you just read it.

So with this, you can construct any professional Bio Digester and start making Ghc1500 and above per a Bio Digester without touching any concrete mortar.

CHAPTER NINE

MAKING EXTRA MONEY WITH BIO DIGESTER CONSTRUCTION:SOLVING PROBLEMS

Bio Digester in itself is a mega solution to a major problem that is facing the world at a large scale, Africa and more specifically mother Ghana.

Money Runs to People with Value

One wise man said, "Problems are the disguised tool of money and the instrument of channeling this money into one's pocket is solving them" . Abednego Sowah

Every business you can see around today is only in for one major thing. To give a solution or solutions to certain or unique problems in societies

Tell me now of any business venture you know of or see that does not provide any form of solution. Business is simply a medium of providing solutions and being paid for that solution you give.

So, to get a lot of money, you must solve a big problem. To get International money, provide International solutions. To get National money, solve National problems and to get local money, just solve local problems. But if you are broke now, it means you are not providing any solution that someone needs.

Now, making money with Bio Digester is solely dependent on you.

I said to you because, you decide the extent by which you can provide this solution enshrouded in the skills you are learning in this free training now.

The problem of wastewater and human excreta treatment is a National problem that the government alone cannot handle, whether now or in the future and this on a large scale a big problem of Africa.

The population of the world keeps increasing. That applies everywhere including Africa and more specifically Ghana.

This is so true because day in and day out, children are being born to millions of parents. And as a result of that, the issue of sewage treatment can never be condoned.

So a great deal of knowledge in how to help curb and solve this problem gives you financial leverage. And this leverage whether big or small depends on how far you wants to take this *free knowledge you are acquiring in this training *with me.

I told you I paid approximately $100 to be trained in this skill.

So if you are learning this skill in this training with me, (Baronbed) for free, I believe you should thank your God for making this possible even at the comfort of your home.

CHAPTER TEN

THE SEED OF MONEY:WHAT I LEARNT FROM A MENTOR

If you haven’t read the School of Money book by Olumide Emmanuel, you probably should stop your current readings and pick this one. I was at first skeptical about the book: its price and volume, but because I needed to change my financial status all the same, I gave it a shot! By buying a Copy.

Here is my conclusion: the School of Money book by Olumide Emmanuel is worth it. It is the single biggest book I’ve read so far on the subject of finance that covers every aspect. Other books cover aspects of finance like business, investment, financial intelligence, success, well-being, and so on, but with the School of Money book by Olumide Emmanuel, it combines and balances them all.

I will be providing a short summary of the book here for you if you haven’t read it, just for the purpose of this book's subject matter.

Of course, you should know that this summary, although I will try my utmost best to detail so you can gain some level of value, it will only be about only 5 to 10% or even less of the concepts and the gem you will get from the book yourself.

Now, I will only highlight a few key concepts.

Financial Intelligence Concepts.

Pst Olumide Emmanuel started the book on a controversial note. He explained in the book the fact that *money is not what anyone needs*. And come to think of it… You don’t want money just so you can “have” money. Instead, you want money so you could give it in exchange for something else.

For example, when you need a car, you give that money away and collect a car; when you are hungry, you exchange the money for food; you exchange it for clothings and so on. That just made it obvious that those things you exchanged the money for are what you need and not the money itself. If you needed the money, you wouldn’t have given it away.

What this understanding should help you do is to look for other ways of getting what you want aside from money as we know it. Instead of getting money to get what you want, why not try to get what you want directly?

Secondly, it gives us a new definition of what money is

Money, therefore, is not any physical currency but a means of exchange: something you can give to get what you want. It includes your skills, energy, time, experience, and so on. If you have something to give in exchange for what you want, then you have money.

He then goes on to explain the 10 places money hides. Money hides in people, problems, gifts and talents, opportunities, products and services, ideas, vision, work, seeds, and the Creator. Your assignment is to learn to extract money from these places which Olumide Emmanuel explained in the School of Money book.

Financial Intelligence is all about developing an investment mentality and understanding of the inner workings of money.

Financial intelligence does not come from a formal institution or school. It is a function of redefined education that comes by personal development and capacity building which you get by studying the mindsets and habits of millionaires.

Financial planning is simply setting up a plan of actions, structures, and strategies that would take you to your financial goals. You can have financial intelligence but if you don’t set up structures that will translate that understanding of money into results you still will not create wealth

Financial planning includes determining the time when certain life/financial decisions must be taken for favorable outcomes, choosing which financial vehicle (which he explained in the book) you want to use to get to your goals, and establishing how your money must be allocated for effective management and multiplication.

Financial discipline is simply executing and sticking to the plans that you have set during your planning stage till they produce results. You must understand that in the journey to wealth creation, challenges and discouragements will come and only the disciplined mind can stick to what needs to be done.

The last aspect of this book that I won’t cover here is the Legacy Module where he teaches how to manage your wealth to ensure that posterity after you can still benefit from it.

This will bless you immensely for getting a copy.

The School of Money is a book everyone should read. It opens up the mind to ideas and arms you for financial freedom. The information from this book will make you a master of money and business if you will put into practice what you learn from it.
